Services include Field Services, Service Supply Chain, Depot Services, Services Design, Cost Modeling, Vendor Channel Programs/Relationships and Warranty.
Sandra is a member of IT industry organizations that establish IT industry standards and promote IT resource development from younger and returning workforce generations. She is a lifelong member of CompTIA where she has Chaired several Communities, on the Community Executive Council (CEC), and supported The Creating Futures in speaking engagements. Sandra was on the Advisory Board at Lincoln Technical Institute and engaged in their mentoring program for future IT students. She was on the Advisory Board at Service 800 for the development of the Global Industry Client Satisfaction Benchmark Program.
